“The remote control is rather confusing to use. The light control does not always turn the light on and off without having to push to different buttons several times. Not sure if the remote is defective as this has been an issue since day one.”

“Very nice fan. Like the multiple speeds and LED lamp. Now that it's installed we very much like it.HOWEVER, one concern. To make the unit more secure, the manufacturer added clevis-pin-like holes and hitch pins to the shear-load bolts that anchor the fan to the extension tube. They did this to ensure that the nuts on these bolts can never fall off and cause the fan to disengage from the extension tube. Good thought. HOWEVER, to accomplish this extra security, they apparently made the bolts longer than those for which the fan was originally designed — more bolt length needed to accommodate a hole and hitch pin. As such, the plastic shell that goes over this assembly did not fit over the longer bolts properly. I ultimately had to cut off the hole-containing section — which of course nullified the extra security that would have been supplied by the hitch pin.To compensate, I distorted the threads at the ends of the bolts so the the nuts thereon could not loosen and leave the bolts. This was a bit of a pain, and something that the average do-it-yourself-er may not want to do. That said, the fan was on sale for 50% off at the time, so maybe the manufacturer had since remedied this issue but sold off my un-remedied unit at a discount. (Don't know, Just guessing.)”

“NO noising, easy to control by voice command, warm light, nice working!!!I love this fan! It is exactly what I want, I have tested it and it totally can be control remotely and via my Alexa, easy with voice command. the light also works. The fan has downdraft and updraft mode, work in all seasons and completely quiet. I would recommend my friend to get it.”
