“The original fan sent to me did not work. I contacted customer service and they sent me replacement parts and that also didn’t work. Then, they sent me an entirely new fan and that worked instantly. Overall, I love the fan, just unfortunate that it was a bit of a hassle but the new on works great and is exactly as described”
