“My husband and I were on a the tour to India and Nepal this February 2020. it was an absolutely wonderful tour; great accommodations, perfectly organized and good value for the money. Bonita Barker was our tour guide and she was fantastic! I cannot imagine anyone else who could navigate a group of people through India like Bonita. She has lived in the country for many years, has great knowledge and an absolute love for the country and its people. Bonita is a very friendly, organized person whose enthusiasm was contagious. She has made many friends in the country and made us all feel like we were so welcome. Bonita has a great way of framing the deep poverty for her travelers. She obviously cares deeply for the people but understands that as tourists we are helping the economy. She called the multitudes of people selling things "friends" and would always invite a few to the bus to sell their wares without any pressure. Bonita is one of a kind and my husband will remember this trip and her fondly for the rest of our lives.”

“I just returned from Incredible India, where Jasvir Saurana was our tour manager. It was excellent. I have now done 4 tours with Smart Tours, this being my 4th. I was beyond impressed with Jasvir’s knowledge, assistance, and helpfulness throughout the tour. There were 14 of us, so I know it couldn’t always be easy to “round up” 14 adults. Yet, he was flawless in all his efforts. He was so outstanding and attended to our every need. He always went above and beyond to make our entire group comfortable and aware of our itinerary and schedule. There was no question he didn’t know the answer to. The trip was well organized and executed flawlessly by Jasvir. He had tremendous insight into every aspect of Indian culture and life, often narrating our bus rides. I appreciated all of his efforts and passion for his country so much. He is very caring, patient, and generous with his time. I will always have fond memories of this special time in India and he is responsible for making this the trip of a lifetime for my mother and I.”

“Just returned from the Best of India tour last night. Could not wait to give my reviews. As I have told my friends words cannot decribe the "awesomeness" of the tour. The rich history of India, the sweet nature of the people there and our incredible knowledgeable and humble tour guide Jasvir. Every question was answered with such perfect explanation and his in-depth knowledge of the forts and temples was amazing. He took care of each and everyone as if each was a long time friend. At the end of this journey you get emotional and bitter sweet. One caveat : walk with toilet paper wherever you go.”

“My husband and I just returned from India and Nepal. This was our 3rd trip with Smartours. I work for an airline and therefore we have been all over the world, but this trip was exceptional because of our wonderful tour guide, Jasvir Saurana. His incredible knowledgeable about politics, history and the long culture of India came alive when he spoke with his perfect English. I've studied the pictures in National Geographic for 50 years and never thought I could actually see these places in person. It truly is Exceptional India! I have already posted pictures and recommendations to the airline travel groups on facebook. Please thank Jasvir, he went above and beyond all expectations.”

“My wife and I Just returned from Northern India and Nepal. Our tour guide Mr. Jasvir Saurana (Jassi) was beyond exceptional. He spoke perfect English and he obviously loves his job. Jassi was exceedingly organized and guiding 14 people through the streets of India had to be challenging for him, but he did a great job at every turn. He was also a wonderful teacher and not only taught us all about the local culture/history/religions of his country but encouraged any questions we might have had. It was a great learning experience from start to finish. By the end of the trip, we all felt like family. Thank you Jassi and Smartours!”

“this tout was one of the best I have been on. Our guide and tour director was the star if India and Nepal. She was able to make us feel the heart and soul of the people of India. She handled every situation with grace and poise, even difficult travelers! Her selection of local guides was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The value for our dollar remains unmatched with smartours. (this was our 9th trip) We have taken only one trip not on Smartours and found the value to be not nearly as good. We are loyal Smartours customers.”

“My husband and I took this trip about one year ago. Our tour guide, Jasvir Saurana, had such an impressive influence on our trip that I owe him a big THANK YOU for his hard work. During our trip, Jasvir was like a proud scholar who told us the history of India and Indian religions. We have learned so much about India from him. Yes, like many tourists had said, Jasvir took care of us to the finest details that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. He is really the best tour guide we have ever met! I think it worthwhile just follow Jasvir to where ever he is leading the tour group! We have learned so much from him!”
