“We needed after sales assistance and SmartTeck was not willing to assist, saying we need to contact their supplier directly for help. After numerous attempts we returned the product, within time for a refund, as we were not able to use it. SmartTech refused to refund and has to date not returned the goods they claimed as excessively damaged to us either. It was the most unfriendly and unhelpful service we have ever received, leaving us out of pocket. We would never deal with SmartTech again.”
