“OVER THREE MONTHS NOW AND ITEM HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.
NO WORD AT ALL FROM COMPANY OTHER THAN TO ASK ME TO FILL IN A REVIEW - GLADLY!!!
Item was ordered on 19th March 2020 and I paid for express delivery within 24 hours. It is now the 2nd July 2020 and I have still not received the item and had no word (despite numerous e-mails) to the company. I have tried to call but their helpline is never answered. I have handed this over to my credit card company to deal with and if they don't get a result will bring a small claim. I have told the company all of this and not had a single reply from them. Today (2nd July) I then got an e-mail asking me if they "did a good job" or "exceeded my expectations"...well, yes the did exceed my expectations. Having paid for goods I was expecting to receive them...so, in a downward way, those expectations were exceeded.
I appreciate these are testing times (I have repeated that to them in every e-mail I have sent) but to have received no word at all in over three months is beyond the bounds of acceptability.”
