Leo's Loo Covered Automatic Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box Reviews

4.8 Rating 58 Reviews
I love my self cleaning litter boxes. I have 2 of them to have for my 6 cats. Saves me a lot of time and work. They are worth every penny I paid for them. I don’t have to buy as much cat litter either. They are very easy to clean.

I have been using this automatic litter box for two months with two cats. So far I am quite pleased. The spinning ball runs very smoothly, never jammed yet. Super quiet too. Both cats ( 3 and 4) adapted to the new loo fairly quickly with no real issue. I did sprinkle a few tablespoons of the old litter on top of the new. No smell with 2 cats AT ALL.

A friend raved about the Leo's Loo, so we got one too. But our Cleo wouldn't use it! After about three weeks, we finally did what a stricter parent would have done at the very beginning. We took his old litter box away! Only leaving some old litter in the new loo. We were initially worried he would refuse to go pee altogether and hurt his health. But that didn't happen! He used the automatic loo that very same night! Now that he has been using it for awhile, all is good. The machine does what it's supposed to do. We just top it up with our regular clumping clay litter that we have always been using. Now we rave about it to our other friends, lol.

After years of ScoopFree, I finally made the switch. It was only somewhat reliable in the self-cleaning. But the worst part was the crazy expensive crystal litter, which is terrible for odor control. What I like about the Leo's Loo so far is I can use any regular clumping clay litter now. Auto-cleaning has been very reliable and super quiet. It also looks like a spaceship!

I have had it since April. Makes life so much easier. Instead of scooping every day, I replace the drawer liners every three days or so. The replacemt liners are reasonably priced. No smell even during the hottest summer days. My cat also enjoys watching it cycle. Very entertaining for everyone involved

Our three furbabies have been using this loo for about two months now. What I like about the loo: 1. No need to keep buying expensive proprietary crystal litter trays. Although the loo is a bit more expensive to start with but using it is not. I now have so many brands of litters to choose from. And saving money in the long run. 2. It gets rid of the stink from the root. Dirty litter is now separated and sealed in the compartment below. Instead of just sitting at the bottom of the tray. 3. It's ultra quiet. 4. Modern design.

I’m pleasantly surprised with my new litter box. It’s more like a spaceship than a box, lol. It sifts the litter after two minutes or so, and there is almost no odour compared to any litter box that I have used in the past.

And awesome customer service! Not sure what some of the one star reviews are about. I had a question during set up, emailed the Smarty Pear customer service. They responded promptly and helped me resolve the issue. I’m a very happy customer.
