“I love this litter box! Extremely user friendly to set up and get started. The only problem I have is after dumping litter out the tray gets hung up often when reinserting.”
“First of all, I did not realize how LARGE this litter box would be. After reading a handful of reviews, many people were stating how SMALL it was compared to a competitor product that had me worrying my kitty cat wouldn’t fit. then, it showed up at my front door in this comically large box! I had to laugh and i was slightly overwhelmed and worried i had made a very expensive mistake. But the setup was easy and once it was set up my kitty took to it very quickly. I will say that I didn’t like how vague the description of the “fill line” was. There was no marked line and the instructions on that were very unclear to me. It took a few weeks for my kitty and me to really get the hang of it! He would come out of the leo’s loo with poop all over his paws and trailing that and litter everywhere!! Now, he’s my first kitty and he did come from a shelter so I was both unsure whether it was me or him that was failing at this. I considered trying to do a return but because of the money and large size of the product I decided to give it another week. I promptly emailed the leo’s loo team who got back to me within the hour! They helped me with some quick and easy solutions that eventually worked! I don’t think I was putting enough litter in and wasn’t refilling the litter after each time i removed the waste. As for the tracking litter, I ending up putting the unit in a space where my kitty couldn’t just propel himself from it after he was done using. Instead he is force to step out onto the litter catching mat, then walk around a gate which has cleared up any tracking issues! I very much now love this product and am so glad at how my apt isn’t stuck smelling like cat poo and how i don’t constantly have to worry about changing out the litter box all that often.”

“Leo's Loo is a game changer. It is a huge help to me and my household of 3 Maine Coons and 2 mixed breeds. I have to change the drawer nightly but it saves so much time dumping one drawer and cleaning 1 regular box upstairs versus having 10 boxes to clean multiple times a day. My only real issue is that the drawer does not slide in and out smoothly. Sometimes it is a real pain to get in and out. But otherwise I am very happy with it. If you are someone who gets frustrated easily with a remote control or a smart phone it may not be for you. I have an older lady that checks in on my animals while I'm at work and if a glitch does occur she usually can not figure it out. However I find it pretty easy to navigate. I'm not so sure that the weight feature is accurate but I really do not need it to be so it doesn't bother me. All in all I like the product, set up, and ease of use.”
“I haven’t had a pet kitty in years. My memories of cleaning the litter box definitely weren’t good ones. I preconceived opinion was that a self cleaning litter box wouldn’t work well at all. I couldn’t of been more wrong!!! Leo’s Loo is awesome. I have basically done nothing in the past 2 months since buying it. I put it together, added litter, put my kitty in once or twice and he completely transitioned to using Loo. I empty the draw every week and that’s truly it. There’s zero odor, there isn’t litter all over the floor, and all parties involved are happy!!!!”
