“This bed is too tight at the opening to allow my dog access, I have contacted snoozer 3 times by email, but no reply or contact from them to date. I ordered 3 beds 2 are great but this one is definitely smaller. Very disappointed currently with my purchase of this product and the company lack of contact. I cant find a phone number to try a different route of communication”
