“I ordered this cave bed on Tuesday morning and we received it late Wednesday afternoon. There was a slight damage to the bed and I sent off an email to customer services on Wednesday evening, not expecting to receive a reply for a day or two. However, less than an hour later I received an email response and a replacement bed was delivered to me on Friday afternoon. Outstanding personal customer service and a super fast delivery service.
We ordered an XL for our Vizsla and he has plenty of room to stretch out or curl up.”
