“I have the non orthopaedic bed which has a thicker mattress , I was disappointed with the mattress of the more expensive orthopaedic bed so emailed Snoozer to return the item with the intention of reordering . I have returned the bed which costs £14 as it is a stipulation of snoozer to send it via recorded mail, I’ve emailed them on two separate occasions to ask if they have received the bed and about my refund but no response. However I am getting emails frequently to leave a review!? I would like a refund in a much better customer centred way as these products are lovely but expensive and the customer care doesn’t seem to reflect the company image”
