Had 3 nights with no snoring at all. As advised it took some adjusting to having a mouth guard and wasn’t particularly comfortable on the 1st night but by night 3 had no issues at all. “Bought this for my partner as his snoring keeps me up. The moulding process was easy, with clear instructions to follow. So far we have only used it once but it has been very effective at reducing his snoring to almost none. It fell out once in the night and he started snoring again but we put this down to him not being used to wearing a mouthguard at night, and the snoring stopped once he put it back in! So far we are very happy and will continue to use it.”

“I must admit, I was sceptical as to whether this product would work….but it worked from day one! Took a little use to sleeping with it fitted and my jaw ached for a short period, but getting used to it after a week.
It has actually pulled my lower jaw forward and slightly changed my face shape….which isn’t a bad thing.”
