“I got the Snore doc for my husband as he suffers headaches when he wakes up which could be a sign of low oxygen while he sleeps. He finds the mouth piece uncomfortable mainly because he is not used to having mouth piece at night, in bed. It is effective though as he is not snoring that much and has not complained of head ache in the morning (3 nights now)”

“Easy instructions to fit the SnoRemover and I have worn it 3 or 4 nights now. It feels odd to start and I thought I would never sleep but I did and think I slept reasonably well. My jaw and teeth ached in the morning but this seems to be getting less as I am becoming used to the device. I shall carry on using it for now and see how it improves my sleep.
Adding to this I have been wearing the SnoRemover for about 2 weeks now and there is definite improvement in my sleep quality.”
