“It's early days, but compared to my other MAD device the plastic was easier and more pliable to shape. Once in breathing was better than old device and adjusting indent. However no lateral movement did cause a bit of discomfort.
The other thing is that it didnt grip fully the first time but after redoing the process (you really have to kneed your gums to get it too spread) it was a more snug fit.”

“It really is excellent and i was very sceptical when purchasing it . I'm an incredibly heavy snorer (likely obstructive sleep apnoea as well). The noise I could generate was horrific and measuring my oxygen levels as I sleep it was dropping to a dangerous level. The snore doc was easy to fit, comfortable and my snoring and oxygen levels have increased huge levels. I still have some adjustment to do to and this may improve it further but I can honestly say it has been life changing. My only slight crtism is that its a little fiddly to adjust and it would be better if this was some kind of screw mechanism. Note I've been able to make some quite scientific observations of the improvements as my smart watch and phone actually record my snoring, sleep and oxygen levels through the night”
