“The first day I used the SnoRemover, my wife was delighted that my snoring was instantly 'cured'. So I'm happy with the effectiveness of the device in general and I haven't found it too uncomfortable to wear, though it is strange to have something in the mouth when falling asleep. My jaw feels fine in the morning although the teeth can feel slightly 'out' for the first 20 minutes or so but then gradually feel back to normal. Also, there's no real build-up of saliva, which I've found with an alternative style of mandibular advancement device. The only issue I've had is with the custom fitting to be a bit tricky though that's probably down to me rather than the device itself.
Due to a sense of uneven pressure on my teeth, I attempted to improve the fitting by remoulding the device, only to end up with it not fitting correctly and falling out in the night. Since obtaining a replacement, I still haven't managed to achieve the almost-perfect custom fit that I had the first time, with the device fitting my lower teeth better than my upper, meaning that as it sticks to my lower teeth, the breathing hole is usually blocked by my lower lip or tongue (not a great problem of itself), and the devlce tends to separate from my upper teeth when I fall asleep, when then makes it ineffective.”

“It really works. It takes a few days to get used to but the benefits are worth it. My husband can sleep and I feel the quietness. I just wish the device could open more/flex/spring as sometimes my upper teeth don't stay in the device because I open my mouth too wide. Is there an option for this?
But appart from this I still wouldn't not want to sleep without it. It truly works.”
