Did everything went well with the moulding and at what increase do you have it set?
Perhaps you could lower the setting, this usually will solve the issue.

“Has definitely made a difference to my snoring. Almost stopped it.
Comfortable once you get used to it.
Easy to clean.
However It hasn't lasted as well as I'd hoped. I'm through the gel and onto the plastic frame now. So it hurts to wear.
It tends to drop down and loosen after a time.
I do feel the positives outweigh the negatives as it does help alleviate snoring. That said I've dropped a star purely because I now need to pay out for another. Hence the 4/5 stars.”
