“Found instructions for set up easy to follow -- except it is not clear what is meant by "position 3" for the adjustment of bottom relative to top. I presume it is 3mm offset on the matched side scales, but as that is marked with 1, 5 and 10mm that is really not too clear. As for use, it will take a few nights for people to get used to "wearing" if they have not had any mouthguards before, but that is normal for all mouthguards!”
