“The cabinet is what we wanted. It is good. BUT, unless you have good hands ( I'm 75yrs with arthritic hands) & unless you are very good at understanding VERY poor & difficult instructions (I'm 75yrs & struggling with COMPLICATED instructions) do not buy this product. Fortunately, I have a very capable 25yr old grandson who put it all together for me. Have you?”

“Advertised as ready assembled, it came as a self-assembly kit.. I have built furniture from kits before but this one was quite challenging with very small diagrams and . Once assembled it seems a good solution to providing compact bathroom storage”

“Whilst the unit itself is of fantastic quality the service I received from Soak.com has put me off ever ordering from them again. I placed my order for 2 bathroom cabinets and after 8 days of receiving no dispatch confirmation or any communication as to the whereabouts of my order I emailed the company and received no reply. Fortunately a couple of days later I had a text message stating an arrival day and time slot. Finally. The courier arrived with only one cabinet. I immediately got on the phone to Soak.com to which is an automated service and waited more than 10 minutes before eventually being put through to someone. An extremely polite young man who told me for some reason my order had been separated on dispatch (even though they were ordered together) and I would have to wait a further 5 days for the other cabinet to arrive. On arrival, the second cabinet, again very good quality, straight away it was noticeable the box was very badly damaged, once opened the plastic corner piece protectors were smashed into little pieces and there are several knocks and scraps on the unit. I believe this second unit was with the first one the whole time and was simply missed by the driver, to which he practically admitted to and had been knocking about in the back of his van for the last 5 days. I simply cannot be bothered with the hassle of trying to get through to someone on the phone, or otherwise (I never did receive an email back) and then have to wait another 2 weeks for a delivery. I will put this down to extremely poor service, although the product itself was just what I wanted, and the price was slightly cheaper than other retailers, I can safely say I will not be ordering from Soak.com again. And the £12.99 delivery for a small item is ridiculous. I wish I had read the other reviews about this company beforehand.”

“Lovely unit , good finish, solid construction, no need for assembly, i’ve bought all my bathroom units, and shower plus enclosure , radiator and accessories from soak.com. They look fantastic. They were delivered on the day i wanted , and carried in to my house where i wanted, would recommend soak to everyone.”
