“First and last purchase from Soak. Arrived with half the box missing and the contents soaked (and it was handed over to me, not left out in the rain!). Poor instructions and materials that just won't do the job. The doors are completely ill fitting. The whole finished item looks an absolute shambles and not worth £90 or the £15 delivery. Will not be using this company again, victoria plumbing and wayfair in the future”

“This is not a great unit to be honest. There are a number of issues: The unit is flat-packed and so needs to be assembled which I didn't expect for a small unit. There are no pilot holes drilled for the hinges which means you need to be careful when fixing the hinges on so that they are not misaligned. Some of the recesses for the hinges in the doors are also not quite deep enough. The back board is not flat against the unit and pushes the shelf out in one of them, which is not great. The wall brackets need to be cut with a hacksaw (rather than snapping apart by bending as said in the instructions - not a chance!). It's also very difficult to fit the doors to the unit after fixing to the wall, as there is no room to get your fingers behind to press in the quick release lock - need to unscrew hinges and reattach the doors by screwing the hinges back on, rather than the way suggested in the instructions. There are also no fixings supplied for the bottom of the unit to ensure it doesn't accidentally get pushed off the wall, and is not pulled away from the wall at the bottom every time you open the door, as the soft close hinges are quite strong. Had to buy some additional brackets to sort that. The general quality is not that great, there are some areas that are not finished that well in the corners (minor marks etc.). Once all these issues are sorted they are fine. I'm a competent DIYer but someone not so good at this sort of thing will struggle a lot I think. They are not that deep inside for storage either (for example, toilet roll will not fit - have to squish them to get them to fit in!). They are OK, I'm not sending back after all the hassle of fitting them, but for the price of these units I expected them to be much better.”

“Cabinet good , but needs to be packaged better to avoid damage to product, which I had two both damaged but managed to make a good one out of the two...”
