“Great value taps I used to replace my awful waterfall taps. Feel nice and solid and were easy to fit, especially with the handy supplied tap spanner. Work very well with my high pressure water system, and would highly recommend them to those on a budget.”

“Do not buy from this company! The booking was made one month in advance, I paid extra for a specific delivery date so I could book the day off work. The confirmation email was received, the date came and no delivery! Apparently one item of a large order was out of stock so the entire order was cancelled and I was never informed. Called to sort the issue and was informed that the system isn't set up to let the customer know about a cancelled order. I wasn't entitled to any compensation or even an apology and I wasn't allowed to speak to the manager. I was offered another delivery date, minus the out of stock tap, but decided that it wasn't worth booking another day off work for it to potentially not come again. Very disappointed with the customer service. I have since seen a lot of other reviews regarding the same issue so order at your own risk.”
