“I received a defective mystery loop. The threads were unraveling. Rather than sending me a replacement in the same color, the policy is no choice on replacement so they shipped a band I already have. When I asked to exchange the duplicate band, they said I did not have that option. They ship whatever they ship as a mystery. So I ended up having to return the duplicate and pay for a new band. BOO! I give zero stars on the mystery band exchange policy of shipping whatever band they grab versus the same band that was defective.”
