“I bought 3 Paladin Loop bands. I am very happy with the apparent quality, and the color/pattern choices. The material is breathable, and my wrist does not get the rub marks caused by the traditional rubber band. However, with the Paladin Loop bands, there is no size adjustment. I used the online guide, followed the instructions, and verified that the tool printed correctly. I measured my wrist three times when the tool said I was a Size Small Wrist. The bands came, and I started wearing one of the Solace bands. It is too tight so that the watch and band leave indentations all around my wrist. I measured my wrist again, and again the tool indicated I was a Size Small. I don't want to return the bands for the next size, because I am afraid the Medium will be too big and sloppy. I'm in a quandary as to the next step.”
We're sorry to hear that. Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
