“Initial order was a bit frayed/pilling. Took a picture and was sent a free replacement asap which is working great.”

“I like the fit and feel of the band, but after about a month it started stretching out. I got an email that there is now a lifetime warranty and a replacement could be sent. Happy with this and will see how long this new band lasts.”
