“Once I figured out the right sizing, am very pleased with the watch band. Saying that, my eperience in getting to that point was a challenge. Originally I had ordered three bands in the wrong size. I reordered and the next size still wasn't right. Solace graciously said to not return the bands and give them to someone who could use them and I will do that. But when I tried to return the second set (to which I offered to pay the return costs) the only item that could be reordered for the larger size was a band that was offered free when I originally ordered two. So instead of three bands I only have one that fits and that does fit nicely. So on one hand am happy with the one band, but disappointed with not being able to get all three. I was not trying to play the system, it was that the sizing process was not working for me.”
