“Not too tight, not too loose. Honestly I forget that it’s there a lot of the time! I have found it has been very hard to find a van that fits my small rest well. Also, I work out daily and it doesn’t get gross with sweat or getting wet. I would highly recommend the swatch to anyone! Will likely by in more colors!”
