After filling out the exchange paperwork, Solace emailed me, telling me to gift the band that didn’t fit and that they would send me a new one for free! The band is really easy to clean. I use soap and water and scrub it with a toothbrush. They are extremely well made and way more comfortable than the original Apple Watch bands!”
