“So, I initially purchased this band and within two weeks of wear, part of the band pulled away from the piece that attaches to the watch. I reached out to customer service about this and sent them photos and asked if I could exchange or get a refund. They immediately responded and shipped me a new one, stating my watch band must have had a defect. I’ve had the new one a couple weeks now and no issue. The band is comfortable and fits well. But more than that, the customer service I received from this company was wonderful. Kudos to Solace customer service — I will certainly continue to be a customer.”
