Fracture V2 Loop Black/Grey / 42/44/45/46/49MM / M Reviews

I would regularly get annoying dermatitis sores with the standard silicone bands that come with Apple Watch. I figured a fabric band would be better and I'll say right up front that if you have that issue, these bands are the way to go. I haven't had that problem with them at all after a couple of years. I decided to give Solace a try because I liked the designs. It took a couple of tries to get the size right because the size that felt comfortable upon first wear (for me that was L) started to stretch out after a few months and got too loose to wear. The smaller size (M) felt a bit too snug at first, but after a few weeks it was fine and held its size much longer. Washing it in the washing machine with laundry brightened the colors when it got dirty, and also tightened it up a little bit. But even then, after about a year it too was getting a bit loose (and starting to look kinda drab even after washing). I liked it enough to order a few more to cover me for the next few years. I'm also trying the fabric style (Paladin Loop Prints) which is even more comfortable at first wear - but I'll have to report back about it long term. So heads up. It's a great band, and I suggest not sending it back if it's a little tight out of the box. It will loosen more and more over time until it's not really wearable unless you like your watch rattling around on your wrist. But if you pick the right size (again, a little snug) it will last long enough (12-18 months) to feel like you got your money's worth.
