“I love the band but definitely need to size down! My wrist is 5.75” so according to the chart I’m a small. I saw others recommended sizing down so I messaged customer support to ask if I should do an XS, but they said no do a small. The small is very large and my watch spins all the way around my wrist. So I’m currently exchanging for an XS. Super excited about it though!!”
