“I was shipped the wrong band - ordered 3 - 2 medium lengths and 1 small. Even though the boxes say I received the correct items the length of one of the medium bands is a small. I have contacted CS multiple times (waste of my time) and corresponded with Rea who disregards what I tell her and just tells me to wet the band. I ordered a medium for a reason. Sad that CS is so horrible it makes the opinion of the company as a whole seem bad. At this point I’d be the first to tell anyone and everyone that their people skills need help.”
“Please order down, the slim loop runs big, I am typically a medium, but in this band it’s a small. I like the way it fits, so comfy and the desk is easy to put on and take off. I will be buying more. I love the color, I will be ordering one with a different color design.”
