“While I have worn size "S" in several other bands, the small black band stretched 1/2". It was replaced but that small was also too large and the XS I received was nearly 1/2" smaller than the other small bands. While I appreciate the help, I am disappointed.”
“When I first got my band it was great! About 2 months in my band was too stretched out for my watch to get readings. I filed a claim under the warranty for a replacement and ordered a spare. The replacement NEVER came! When the spare came in it was different stitching and even more loose than the original band. I emailed customer support. They claimed I got the old style and sent a replacement. Upon its arrival I received the exact same loose stretchy style. I would not recommend this product! I even asked to speak to someone over the phone and apparently they don’t do that. I would not recommend this company to anyone and am super disappointed as the style is exactly what I would want.”
