“I have tried so many watch bands and was SO hopeful for this one. Don’t waste your money. Great for maybe a week, then stretched out and never returned to the correct size. Just wiggles around and doesn’t allow for a good read on my heart rate. I emailed customer service for assistance and they just said to try washing and drying the band, which I had already done. Just get a stretchy band that you can actually adjust on Amazon or something so that it will actually last, trust me!”
“The quality of the band is good and it is comfortable to wear. I like the way it looks on my wrist as well. Size S turned out to be too big. Solace Band replaced my order with XS bands and asked me to keep the Size S bands. Nice company to work with. Will recommend Solace Band to friends.”
