“I have ordered from Solace multiple times and have had one band that tore away from click in. You say there is a lifetime warranty but in actuality you do not. You say my band can't be replaced because they don't make it but how about offering one that is similar? I won't purchase again, which is sad because they are the best fitting bands for my wrist. So sad. (and disappointed). Many had asked where I purchased ... :(”
“While the customer service was amazing the band quality was awful. My first band lasted about 30 days. My second, a week. My third, a day. Solace replaced them immediately every time, but the bands kept breaking at the hardware connection point. Finally I requested a refund and got that without question. So, amazing customer service, but I couldn’t find a band that wouldn’t break. I went back to Apple.”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
