“I originally ordered the small...it was WAY too small. I was sent the medium and, again, it's too small! I appreciate the great customer service, but was very frustrated that both bands are tight. :-(”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
