“Beautiful looking product, but did not meet my expectations for sizing. When I reached out to customer service to purchase additional links, I was told that I would have to buy an additional watch band because links were not available. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE LARGE WRISTS. It likely won't fit and the customer service is laughable. No sizing information provided for this style that could have helped me to prevent the waste of time and money. Unfortunately, mine will be sent back and Solace is not a brand that I will look to purchase from again.”
