“I had trouble getting the links out with the tool provided and had to get other tools. During that process, the pin that held the link to the part of the band that inserts the band into my actual watch fell out and got lost. I didn’t touch it so I don’t know how that happened. Returning the band seemed like a hassle, so I repaired it myself with jewelry wire. It’s not a perfect solution but it’s OK. I wish these bands came is sizes like the other types do. It was a lot of hassle for a watch band.”
