“I ordered 3 watch bands under a buy 2 get 1 promotion. I received an email with tracking number stating my items shipped on April 1. 10 days later and still hadn't received my items. I emailed customer support and was told the warehouse would be contacted and my items would ship asap. Another week goes by with no items. I finally requested my order be canceled and my card credited. This was handled immediately, which I appreciated. I truly wish the bands I ordered had been available.”
