“This is my second order with the second incorrect band sent. I sent an email explaining and I just got a form email back saying to please go through the process of an exchange. It’s frustrating when it is the company’s fault and I’m having to print, go to post office, all for my actual order to be delayed another ten days or so. Like just send me the band I ordered right away! It’s your error. Sad because The bands themselves, I like.”

“I like this band a lot, but it’s a pinch big, and when I remove another link, it’s too small. That being said it works for a little dinner out or whatever. The process to adjust is much easier than I anticipated.”
