“This band is really cute! They do send a resizing kit with it so that you can make sure it will fit your wrist. I have no issues with the band itself, however, the locking clasp is made of stainless steel, and it did cause a reaction on my wrist. If you have more sensitive skin, I would stick to the other options available, like the nylon loop bands, silicone sports bands, or the leather bands that are offered. I did reach out to customer service and they did offer a refund/exchange, however their refund/exchange policy does indicate that you would need to pay a processing fee, which is something else to keep in mind when buying.”
“The band is so cute and comfortable, some of the other reviews mentions that it was difficult to size properly with the tools that were provided in the kit, but in my experience it was really straight forward and didn’t take much effort to do once you’ve figured out how to get the first pin out. And they provide instructions along with a video if you get stuck so don’t let that detour you from purchasing!! It’s so comfy to wear all day and is super high quality, I’m even fell asleep with it on accidentally just because I forgot it was there which I’ve never been able to do with a watch band before! Definitely worth the price!

“It was a little tough taking out the links but I figured it out. Fits perfectly now. Only thing is the band was wrapped in plastic and it wasn’t easy to remove. There was also no mention of the plastic so I hope I should’ve removed it. Great purchase. Love it! Thanks for making a great product!!”
