“Absolutely impossible to take links out of this Solace band. I own 4 other Solace bands and have had no problems using the tools included to take out links. On this one I actually pierced my thumb and bent part of the tool trying to push out the pins. I was finally able to get out 1 link, but I needed to remove 3. Impossible. Now I have a band I can’t use. And yes- I followed the directions.”
“It turned out rose good colored and not truly good so it does not match anything it have. It was stated as gold. This is the reason I needed it- a new good band. I will be returning it.”
“The band is beautiful and it was easy to remove the extra links but the clasp it’s self is very stiff and difficult to open and close. I did read that same complaint in a review before I bought the band so I expected it but, man, the other person was not kidding! Im going to take it to a jeweler to see what can be done to correct this issue.”
