I messaged them and they got back to me within ten minutes, understood my issue, and sent me a new one free of charge. They were quick, sympathetic, and understanding. The band is gorgeous and feels really nice on my wrist. I have sensitive skin and it’s not irritating it at all so that’s amazing! 10/10 recommend Solace and the Titan band.”
