Let the company know that the item was never delivered but they have not reached back out to me to fix the issue instead I got a generic message about how they would look into it but on their end it shows as delivered.was actually pretty excited about this product but I would would not recommend.”
“Overall, quite satisfied with the band. The look is great and material is comfortable. Slight issue early was the clasps that connect to the watch would come undone when I put the watch on and took it off. I was slipping it over my hand, which seemed to put too much pressure on the connection, which is slightly more loose than my stock band. Taking it on and off by undoing the strap resolved this.”
