“I reached out to customer service letting them know I think I had gotten a defective screen protector because the watch was not functioning at all. They quickly sent out a replacement free of charge. The replacement worked correctly. The only complaint is the screen protector holds in moisture, the screen will fog up. Just a simple removal and wipe and back to a proper working screen. This screen protector / case offers amazing protection from scrapes or bangs.”
