“Ive bought so many watch bands for my galaxy watch but none of them survived my job. Both the leather and silicone and they last like a week or two before they break. And they cause my wrist to sweat and smell in the band area. The metal ones get scrathed up and dont look good after a while and are kinda heavy. But the solace band is the only band that stood the test of time. Its been almost 2 years since i first got my first band. It still works as it should, no freys, no rips etc... i didnt really need a new one but thanks to my job its gotten dirty. Now here is where the excellent customer service comes into play. I bought the 22mm instead of the 20mm band. I realized it didnt fit, put it back in the box and thanks to work and life in general being so busy i forgot to exchange it. I was past my 30 days, i emailed custimer service. Since it was never used and still in original packaging they did me a solid and exchanged it for the correct size. They didnt have to do that, and i know rules are rules but i really appreciated the help. There is only 1 thing i wish i could change... the band is a little tight. Im a big guy, and i have big wrists. I got the large and its still a little tight, But it eventually stretches. If they made a band slightly bigger for usbig guys, that would be cool... but even then its still worth every penny.”
“The watch band feels really nice. I do think I got the incorrect length, because it doesn't fit as snug as I wanted it to, but again I think the material is nice and feels very comfortable compared to the rubber watch bands that usually come out of box with smart watches. I may end up re-ordering in the future whenever there are watch bands that fit the Garmin Vivoactive 4, and I'll select a smaller size. Overall I think the product is great, and I did not do enough research in multiple ways before purchasing the product.”
