“Overall I love this band: It feels high quality, looks great, and is really comfortable to wear all day and even overnight. The XS perfectly fits my wrist. I had a couple of issues but they were resolved so quickly that this really counts as a plus IMO: I used the measuring guidelines on the website to choose my band size, but the size I came up with ended up being too large. No problem: they sent me a return label and shipped out the new size immediately. Then the clasp on my new band broke off while I was taking it off my watch. It doesn't actually seem broken, but it came apart somehow. Again, no problem: they immediately sent me a replacement. Based on the way it came off I'm guessing it was just a fluke and the new one will be fine. Really happy with both the band and the quick response to issues. Would buy another...”
