“Ordered the 10 pack of this assortment so 200 total. There was a bit disappointing mix in these packs. There was 10-15 of the same pieces and with some the quality of the piece was lacking. Approx 10 had flashings of resin remaining, I was able to trim/sand and reapply resin to where I sanded but I felt I shouldnt have to do this for 'A' Grade pieces. Since this was only on a few of the pieces and the rest were good, I am still happy with the pack”
“This is good value and really good for people who want to make molds and change the colours/textures of cabs. Was slightly disappointed as mine only had one new design and the rest were old designs, some of which are very very old and not unique to Sophie and Toffee. I want to order another however to see what I get!”

I bought 2 packs so they were similar. Overall they were good quality. It took like around 2 weeks to ship to where I live (Australia)

“i really liked the variety although i got one piece that was this forest green color and it looked so out of place with the rest of the pink, sugary looking items, so that was a little disappointing. i didn't get any bigger pieces like in the picture and they were all generally small, but that's what you get for getting a random mix. other than that, i'm very satisfied with my order and i would def order from them again.”
“Hello I am from the USA. I bought the assortments grade A packs and when I received them in the mail I was super excited. Unfortunately when I opened the pack I was not happy with the cabochons I got. It seemed that not a single one was anything I saw on the site. So I contacted Sophie an Toffee by email. They responded right away. The company went out of their way for me to try and resolve my problem. They were very patient and understanding. They fixed the problem so I thought, but a month later nothing in the mail still. So I contacted them again and they responded right away. I am now just waiting for the package. I hope everything is now 100% resolved. I am very thankful for their great customer service.”
