“I honestly wasn't really expecting much, just the box in the mail, but I was actually pleasantly surprised by how well packaged it was. It was bubble wrapped, boxed, and then seal again. I actually had trouble getting it out when it arrived which was fun. And despite being told that my shipment was delayed twice by email and text, it still arrived on time with no signs of damage at all on their careful packaging. Definite a good first experience and I'm hopeful that it'll keep on that track.”
