“Very glowy but not very pigmented, I used it while trying to make some of the trinkets from the japenese windchime mold elves box and its SUPER glowy, and I LOVE that but its not very pigmented by itself.
Also I had one of the pinks not screwed on right and the protector seal torn off, so there was glow in the dark pigment all over my starter kit, and all over the box shipped.”
