“I have relatively achey periods. Mood swings, cravings, tender breasts, and usually days 1-3 are brutal with bleeding. I started taking this in an effort to alleviate some of those symptoms but honestly was not expecting much. So I took this regularly (also I was only taking 2 pills each day, not yet 4 because I wanted to ease into taking it) for a full week prior to getting my period and my only symptom was slightly tender breasts but every single other symptom is GONE.
