“I would give the capsules themselves 5 stars, because they are making a huge difference for me. I've got issues with the shipping and handling though. It's taken way longer to get my order than they said it would both times I've purchased, and when I reached out about it the second time, they made it seem like they were offering an upgraded shipping speed to rectify their error in getting my order to me, but it STILL took over a week, and nobody even responded to my second message about it. To me it takes away from how great your product is if you're unreliable with shipping and unaccountable when a mistake is made on your end.”
