“I take two and can not feel a thing. I don’t want to take three or more. First because I find them large and not fun to swallow. Second because they are no longer price effective if I have to take more to get a sleep aid.”
“I think these likely work for some, but the second or third night I took a capsule, it aggravated what must have been some mild heartburn, because I was up and down all night tasting lemons. I tried again another night and while I didn’t get the overwhelming flavor, I did still have noticeable heartburn. Now, correlation does not equal causation, but perhaps these are best not taken on a full stomach.”
